get the macbook pro 13 inch not the regular macbook its fast and will easily last you 5 years before you have to upgrade the regular macbook gets dirty after heavy usage and will last about 2 years I had one it got dirty after 1 week and the screen broke it had a dead pixal and was just plain ulgy. If you wan't to save go to the refurbished Apple store and get the black macbook.

Well, It depends on what you need. Mac has specifically made 3 notebooks to suit everyone's needs (then in each in 3 sizes and even more speeds etc). I would buy the Macbook Pro, as it is the most advanced, most powerful. Macbook Air is great portable (super thin) Macbook is cheaper. Best mac there is is the top of the line 17-inch macbook Pro.
