Where can I purchase a new Apple laptop cheaper than at the Apple store.?
- I am looking for an Apple laptop but I want one that is brand new and is known to be a great laptop. - any other suggestions for laptops- brands, models, etc - I am looking for a laptop that can be used for the internet, microsoft word, spreadsheet, and other regular activities.

Apple is pretty good at keeping its prices consistent at other companies, so I don't believe there is anywhere you can get one for a cheaper price. However, Apple itself does offer a discount for college students and teachers (about $100 off). I ordered my MacBook online and they just asked which college I went to--I didn't need to prove anything. It's only $100, which is a small fraction of the cost, but every bit helps!
